What we collect
When you order, we ask for your name and mobile number, plus any note you add. We keep what you ordered, what you paid and when.
Why
- To prepare your order and hand it to the right person.
- To call you if there's a problem with your order.
- To process refunds, and to keep the records the law requires.
We don't send marketing messages and we don't sell or share your details, except as below.
Who else sees it
Your name, mobile number and the order amount are shared with Cashfree Payments to process your payment, under their own privacy policy. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Cashfree; we never see or store them.
What your phone remembers
To save you typing, your browser keeps your cart, your name and number, and a list of your recent orders on your own device. This isn't an account and isn't sent to us until you pay. To erase it, tap "Forget me on this phone" at the top of the menu, or clear this site's data in your browser. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 8 years, and then delete them.
