These terms apply when you order food from Burger & Bites on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Orders on this website are for takeaway only. You collect your order from our counter at 21-4-1025, Puccha Gali, Near Siddhivinayak Temple, Petla Burz, Hyderabad, Telangana 500002.
An order is confirmed only once your payment is successful. You'll see your order number on screen; show it at the counter.
We take online orders during our opening hours (Open daily, 12 pm – 11:30 pm). We may pause online orders when we're very busy.
Pickup times are estimates. We'll do our best to have your food ready on time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are the prices shown when you pay. Prices on delivery apps may differ.
Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Pickup and delivery

We don't deliver orders placed on this website. There are no shipping charges. For delivery, order through Zomato or Swiggy, whose own terms apply.

Uncollected orders

Please collect your order within 60 minutes of it being ready. Food is prepared fresh and can't be kept longer; uncollected orders aren't refunded.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, egg, soy, nuts and meat. If you have an allergy, please call us before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Hyderabad.
