Bite Coins & offers

Bite Coins are our thank-you for ordering from us directly on this website. These terms apply to website orders only; orders through Zomato, Swiggy or other apps don’t earn Bite Coins or take our website offers.

Earning Bite Coins

10 Bite Coins for every full ₹100 you pay on a website order. A ₹250 order earns 20; a ₹300 order earns 30.
Coins are counted on what you actually paid, after any discount or offer.
They’re added to your mobile number when you collect your order. A cancelled or refunded order doesn’t earn any.
Your order page shows what an order earned and your balance.

What they’re worth

1 Bite Coin = ₹1 off a future website order.
You can hold up to 2,000 Bite Coins. At that point, orders don’t earn more until you spend some.
Bite Coins have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another number.

Keeping them

Your Bite Coins stay yours as long as you place at least one order that earns coins every 6 months.
If 6 months pass without such an order, the whole balance expires. Every order that earns coins starts the 6 months again.

Spending them (coming soon)

Spending Bite Coins arrives with sign-up, where you confirm your mobile number with a one-time code on WhatsApp so nobody else can use your coins. When it does:

You can spend them once you have 50 or more.
Bite Coins can pay for up to 40% of an order; you pay the rest.
The part paid with Bite Coins doesn’t earn new coins.

Offers and discount codes

First order: 20% off, up to ₹80, on orders of ₹199 or more. It applies by itself when you enter a mobile number that hasn’t ordered from us before.
One offer per order: a code you enter, or else the best automatic offer. Offers can’t be combined with each other or, once spending arrives, with Bite Coins.
Each offer has its own minimum order, limits and dates, shown when you apply it. Most can be used once per mobile number.
If an order is cancelled, an offer used on it can be used again.
More offers for signed-up customers are coming with sign-up.

Fair use

Offers and Bite Coins are for genuine orders by our customers. If we see misuse, such as using made-up or other people’s numbers to repeat a first-order offer, we may cancel the offer, remove the Bite Coins involved, or refuse the order. Mistakes in coins or discounts may be corrected.

Changes

We may change or end these offers and the Bite Coins programme. Changes apply from the date on this page; coins you’ve already earned stay yours under the rules above unless the programme ends, in which case we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on this website first.
